Responsibilities
Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements
Develop and implement effective vendor oversight programs in collaboration with key stakeholders
Standardize processes for tracking and documenting vendor oversight activities
Assist vendors in developing and completing corrective action plans for identified deficiencies
Serve as a subject matter expert on current CMS requirements for operational functions and vendor oversight
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in managed care operations, compliance, auditing, project management, or business analysis, preferably within the Medicare field
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
Ability to evaluate, understand, and communicate regulatory and business requirements
Demonstrated understanding of relationships and dependencies between functional areas
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in vendor management or oversight programs
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to healthcare operations
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in a remote work environment
