Responsibilities
Plan, optimize, and manage digital marketing activities (social, SEM/SEO, display) as part of the total engagement plan. Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive sales and improve user experience. Manage online store operations including product catalog, pricing, and inventory. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and IT to optimize ecommerce operations. Develop and manage ecommerce marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, and email marketing. Analyze key metrics to evaluate ecommerce performance and identify areas for improvement. Optimize the online store for search engines, mobile devices, and social media platforms. Develop and maintain customer engagement strategies such as loyalty programs and referral marketing. Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Manage online merchandising and promotional activities. Requirements
Proven track record of increasing the sales of e-commerce stores. 2+ years of experience in managing online stores. Content writing for social media and product descriptions. Solid experience with marketing tools (such as Snapchat, Facebook Pixel, and Google Ads). Conversion API experience. Aware of APIs and integrations.
