Implementation Conversion Analyst Senior This is an advanced professional role. You will be assigned to highly visible, sensitive and critical projects and may be used in a consulting capacity. You will be expected to mentor others on staff and participate as a senior member in strategic planning and direction. What You Will Be Doing

Work independently on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results Develop, document and implement standards, guidelines, direction and education on process/procedures for staff Effectively communicate with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel Identify and provide solutions to complex mapping or interface requirements of unique projects and examines data field conversion requirements Evaluate and test all complex processing and interface requirements of unique customization work Identify additional opportunities to provide more products, services or other resources to customer What You Will Need

MINIMUM of 5-7 years of recent experience working with the IBS System SME- IBS SAS application Requires a minimum of 10 plus years implementation and/or conversion experience in the FINTECH or Banking industries The ability to communicate issues or complex information to a wide audience based on knowledge The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel Demonstrated ability to handle high project complexity. A bachelor’s in business or a related field or the equivalent experience What We Offer You
