Title:
Program Manager IV (Lead) Overview: Seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a portfolio of cybersecurity and network infrastructure initiatives. This role manages cross-functional teams, drives large-scale program delivery, and ensures alignment with business and technology goals in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver complex cybersecurity programs and projects within scope, budget, and schedule. Oversee and mentor Program/Project Managers and Business Systems Analysts. Manage program planning, execution, risk, issue, and change management. Create and maintain project plans, documentation, and reports. Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful outcomes. Drive consistency in project lifecycle methodologies and portfolio management practices. Provide leadership during periods of ambiguity and organizational change. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. 7+ years as a Program Manager. 5+ years leading cybersecurity and network infrastructure initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: Banking/Financial Services experience. Expertise in portfolio/project management tools (ServiceNow PPM a plus). Strong skills in MS Project or Excel, and familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience leading large, cross-functional IT programs.
