Irrigation Manager
to help lead and grow this division. This is a hands-on leadership role—perfect for someone who thrives both in the field and in operational management. What You'll Do: Lead fieldwork, including installation, troubleshooting, and repairs of irrigation systems Manage daily and weekly job scheduling for irrigation projects Oversee inventory, tools, and equipment related to irrigation Hire, train, and develop new team members Maintain high standards for quality control and customer satisfaction Drive growth and scalability of the irrigation division What We're Looking For: Extensive knowledge of irrigation systems and repair methods Proven field experience and a hands-on work ethic Strong organizational and leadership abilities Experience managing people, schedules, and inventory Ability to mentor and train team members Why Join Us?
