Protein Business Operations and Supply Chain Rotational Associate 2025 This is a two-year rotational program within Cargill’s Protein North America business. Participants will spend one year in an Operations role at a plant location and one year in a Supply Chain role at either a plant location or the Protein headquarters in Wichita, KS. A two-year supply chain only option is also available, based in Wichita, KS. What you’ll do: Plant Operations:
Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of plant operations, including shipping/receiving, warehousing, food safety, quality & regulatory, environmental, health & safety, engineering, continuous improvement, human resources, and accounting. This role prepares you for a Plant Operations Supervisor role upon program completion. Supply Chain:
Experience different areas of Cargill’s sophisticated supply chain, including demand planning, supply planning, scheduling & production planning, data & analytics, warehouse & inventory management, materials management, merchandising, and customer replenishment. You will tackle real challenges, cultivate curiosity, have client exposure, and receive acknowledgment for your innovations. Key benefits of the program: Meaningful work:

This program is ideal for: Graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, operations management, procurement, statistics, mathematics, computer science, information technology, engineering, MIS, or related fields (Fall 2023 to Spring 2025 graduation). Individuals authorized to work in the U.S. Those able to work with diverse backgrounds. Individuals willing and able to relocate. People who contribute effectively as part of a team and independently. Strong communicators (written and oral). Willing to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and weekends (Plant Operations rotation only). Preferred qualifications: Minimum 3.0 GPA. Previous internship or work experience. Aptitude for business. Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently. Strong prioritization, collaboration, communication, and research skills. Job locations and timing: Based at one of 35+ plant locations across North America or the Protein Headquarters in Wichita, KS (Supply Chain Rotation only). Relocation possible during the 2-year program. Program begins in January or June 2025, based on graduation date.
