Experience Needed

3+ years of B2B sales experience with proven new business development success

Experience in the building, construction, or real estate development industry preferred

Organized, self‑directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Main Duties of The Job

Identify, pursue, and acquire new customers across target industries (builders, developers, architects, designers, general contractors, and commercial partners)

Create and execute a strategic territory plan with measurable growth goals

Actively prospect via networking, cold outreach, events, and industry associations

Conduct in‑person client meetings, presentations, and project walk‑throughs

Maintain a robust and active sales pipeline with accurate CRM reporting

Build compelling proposals, bids, and client presentations aligned with project needs

Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms collaboratively with internal teams and leadership
