Shift Manager – $18 Anytime Availability, Starting at $17
We’re looking for a Shift Manager to lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. The Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness for customers.
Responsibilities
Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift.
Assist assigned departments in meeting their goals.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be Servsafe certified and have attended McDonalds training classes.
Food Handler Safety Card required.
Physical ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds, perform general cleaning including sweeping, mopping, and reaching to clean tops of equipment, and stand for entire shift up to 8 hours.
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
