Overview
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling important tasks such as customer correspondence, providing printing and marketing service estimates, and coordinating order fulfillment with internal staff and vendors. Duties/Responsibilities
Sales – provide solicited and unsolicited estimates for various print jobs and maintain in contact with repeat customers and foster relationships to create new customers Pricing – maintain compliance with pricing and profitability rules Customer service – maintain proper customer correspondence via email, phone and in person for communication of current jobs, future relations, and issue resolution Customer service – ensure order fulfillment, collection of payment and invoice management Workflow – ensure established workflow process is maintained and required steps are completed Orders – follow workflow process to ensure order fulfillment, collection of payment and invoice management Organization – follow company protocol and established file structure to create and maintain usable digital customer records Expertise – continuous growth of knowledge and expertise in apparel design and promotional item marketing Vendor management – maintain current vendors and create new vendors Safety – follow best practice and documented safety protocols Support – assist other team members with various tasks, as needed, perform other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Education and Experience
Two years of related experience in sales and marketing preferred Physical Requirements
Ability to travel in Greater Mobile and communicate with business owners and target customers in social settings, networking events, and customer visits Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and speaking on a phone Must have own transportation Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
