Summary
The Supply Chain Project Planning Analyst, Sr. Analyst, and Coordinator roles will provide reporting & analytics for Supply Chain systems and processes, both existing and under development. The analyst will provide broad and detailed analysis to help support business decisions and recommendations, as well as ad hoc initiatives and other analytics-focused assignments & reporting for Supply Chain. This position will be responsible for designing and validating necessary minority business reporting, SOX reporting, and other various ad hoc reporting. Key Roles & Responsibilities
Directly or through others, the incumbent will: Work with senior team members, program managers, and other organizational teams to develop processes and improvements. For project-based assignments, incumbent will be responsible for project scoping, identifying functional requirements, project workshops, communication plans, external communication with vendor (if applicable), documentation, and establishing project milestones. Collaborate with internal partners to build reports to analyze relationships between data in various Transmission & Distribution systems. Build reports and dashboards to monitor and analyze Equipment Management measures of success and provide recommendations. Coordinate and manage relationships with internal and external work groups to obtain necessary data to support/develop scheduling activities, project analysis and issues resolution. Provide custom reports to monitor and analyze supplier and Supply Chain performance. Assist in the development and continues improvement of forecasting reports. Coordinate with various work groups like Engineering Standards, Transmission and Distribution Engineering, Maintenance Strategy, Operations, Performance Management, Distribution Operations Center Operations, IT, and others to enhance reporting capabilities and analysis for Supply Chain. Be proactive in improving the existing processes by establishing and maintaining process documentation, and develop procedures to enhance existing Supply Chain interfaces, systems, and reporting needs through automation and SharePoint applications. Manage a portfolio of initiatives and projects. As directed, develop, document, own, and maintain processes needed to facilitate project/program coordination between various Oncor work groups and activities to support program scheduling activities. Occasionally work after normal working hours to support system operations (including storm related support). Support Strategy and Technology group on special projects as assigned. Review and analyze various projects and be able to proactively provide pertinent information upon request. Assist with reporting and achieving performance metrics. Actively participate in meetings with other work groups with the ability to provide project information when needed. Proactively monitor project data to identify inefficiencies and help to resolve them. Proactively plans, analyzes and monitors project activities to achieve corporate goals and drive improvements. Respond and provide accurate updates to internal and external requests. Performs inventory management through inbound ASN receiving process. Supports contractor team with Maximo related job functionality on shop refurbishment process. Asset data correction and reporting in regards to status clean up. Performs warranty work coordination with established vendors Perform all essential aspects and functions of the job as well as any other specific job requirements. Specific to Sr. Analyst

Analyst: Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem solving skills. Knowledgeable of Maximo, Oracle, SQL, Cognos, and other IT/Supply Chain Systems. Experience with inventory and/or warehouse management. Effectively communicate with external and internal personnel to ascertain project stakeholder needs. Experience working and leading different groups to work together as a team. Experienced working with and managing confidential information.
