Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with safety and business objectives. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths to ensure seamless execution. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project delivery. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Conduct risk management to minimize potential project risks. Create and maintain detailed project documentation. Assist with sales activities and foster strong customer relationships. Prior experience in construction or relevant internships is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to read and understand blueprints and firestop-related documentation. Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. Strong organizational and communication skills. Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving. Professional attitude and experience.
