Reports to : Store Manager, General Manager, or Multi-Store Manager
Overview : The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment using customer engagement to achieve Company goals.

Responsibilities :
Sales and Service : Identifies customer needs and wants with curiosity and confidence. Uses company resources to reinforce the brand experience. Shares and represents current products, fit, and fashion trends with customers. Operations :
Supports areas of operational energy as needed. Plans and prioritizes tasks and responsibilities. Protects company assets and maintains a safe work environment. Follows all company policies and procedures. Requirements : Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology. Ability to adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise. Ability to retrieve merchandise displayed or stored above shoulder level.
