Responsibilities
Lead delivery management for Digital Manufacturing Transformation programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and contractual commitments.
Build and nurture high-performing, diverse teams by promoting equity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Act as a strategic liaison between distributed delivery teams and clients, offering tailored solutions to meet business needs.
Establish and drive strong governance frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and operational excellence.
Maintain trusted client relationships, proactively addressing concerns and driving long-term satisfaction.
Oversee global service delivery, coordinating with project managers, technical experts, and stakeholders for timely, high-quality execution.
Manage complex service escalations and deliver effective, timely resolutions.
Monitor and optimize delivery budgets, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
Provide clear, data-driven leadership reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in Digital Manufacturing project execution, with expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM) and Production Planning (PP) modules.
Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using Microsoft Power BI and data modeling.
Proven success delivering Fixed Price projects using Agile methodologies.
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) such as GE Proficy (desirable).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and clients effectively.
