Job Description
Operating for over 45 years, King & Moffatt Building Services provide complete Mechanical and Electrical services across all sectors of the construction industry including Industrial, Logistics, Food, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Mining, Healthcare, Commercial, Hotel & Leisure, High-End Residential, Public, and Energy. From design stage to the installation and the ongoing maintenance of their facilities, our valued and highly skilled workforce provide our clients with an efficient, reliable and best in class service. A Deloitte Best Managed Company Award winner for eight years running, we pride ourselves on being a full building services solutions provider and have successfully delivered multiple large-scale projects in Ireland, the UK & mainland Europe. Responsibilities
Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover. Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to meet programme milestones. Conduct design reviews and value engineering to optimise cost and performance. Monitor project finances including procurement, variations, and cash flow. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards. Maintain strong client and consultant relationships. Lead project risk management and implement effective controls. Support estimating and planning processes for future schemes. Promote behavioural safety and sustainability across delivery teams. Qualifications
Degree/HND/HNC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction-related discipline. SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent certification. Proven track record in M&E project delivery within Tier 2/3 subcontractors. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Commercial awareness and ability to balance programme, quality, and cost. Experience with major projects in commercial, leisure, healthcare, or industrial sectors. Additional Information
