Quality Inspector

Description: The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting finished goods to ensure they meet the specified quality standards. This role involves identifying and approving products for shipment, repackaging as necessary, and rejecting defective items by quarantining them for further review. The inspector will document and report all findings to the Quality Manager, while collaborating with various teams to ensure the quality of goods. Qualifications: Previous experience in quality inspection or a similar role. Familiarity with quality management systems and industry standards. Exceptional attention to detail to identify product defects and ensure consistent quality. Ability to read and understand defined quality criteria and apply it during inspections. Ability to hold and inspect items weighing up to 7 pounds at arm's length. Strong ability to prioritize tasks and ensure timely inspection without causing project delays. Capable of working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues. EDUCATION:

High school diploma, GED certificate, technical degree and/or equivalent from experience and/or training, preferably in a manufacturing environment. WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This role requires standing for extended periods on a concrete floor, in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
