Operations Supervisor - Distribution
Salary:
$62,500 – $70,000 (national). For California: $68,640 – $82,200. For Washington: $77,968 – $82,000. As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will lead a team of frontline associates, guiding them toward operational excellence in our warehouses. You will implement processes to optimize warehouse operations, foster a safe and productive environment, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging. Take proactive measures to consistently uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance, identify improvement areas, provide regular reports and analysis to management. Foster open communication and collaboration, facilitating effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred. 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred. 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred. Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills, preferred.
