$40,000.00/yr - $45,000.00/yr Responsibilities include submitting daily production reports, ensuring work is completed within scheduled deadlines, and may include serving as a lead worker for Mail Production Assistants. Work differentiates from Mail Production Assistant by responsibilities such as operating computerized, high-volume mail sorting equipment and leading a team. Examples of work:

Operate automated mail sorting equipment. Verify the accuracy of processed mail. Complete job tickets/work orders timely and accurately. Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and minor repairs to equipment. Pack, seal, wrap, and label materials for postal delivery. Assign and review work, train employees, and perform quality control as a lead worker. May operate a vehicle to pick up mail from various locations. Perform related duties as required. Entry-level knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Knowledge of office equipment operation. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to operate a personal computer. Basic mathematical skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Additional details:
