Implement district-wide food service programs focusing on community outreach, Breakfast in the Classroom, coffee stations, breakfast after the bell, supper, summer school, and other innovative meal service programs. Establish measurable program goals and annual objectives. Coordinate and monitor specialty programs and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Utilize program software for federal/state application processes. Provide staff training and school assistance. Maintain federal/state accountability records and oversee food safety, sanitation, and HACCP practices. Recruit, supervise, and evaluate food service staff in collaboration with school principals. Support wellness policies, manage inventory, and ensure financial compliance. Provide technical assistance and training for managers and staff. Analyze food service operations and prepare monthly efficiency reports. Implement training and professional development programs. Evaluate staffing and maintain effective communication. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Home Economics, Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, or related field. Registered Dietitian preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of food service management experience. Experience managing child nutrition programs preferred. Application deadline: 07/01/2025 Additional Information
