Project Coordinator

As
Project Coordinator , you’ll be the operational right-hand to the Director of Strategic Initiatives. You’ll help lead and support high-impact initiatives, ensure project deliverables stay on track, and provide coordination across departments, vendors, and city stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
SculptureWalk Support Assist with day-to-day operations, including artist and sponsor communications. Maintain organized project records, databases, and files. Support planning and execution of SculptureWalk installations and events. Coordinate logistics for board meetings and donor/community engagements. Art Consulting Support Track timelines and deliverables for residential, commercial, and public art consulting projects. Assist with invoicing, reporting, and accurate project documentation. Coordinate logistics for framing, procurement, and installations. Communicate with artists and vendors to confirm project schedules and expectations. Provide on-site support during client walkthroughs and installations. General Project Coordination Support cross-departmental projects by tracking deadlines and deliverables. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and presentations tied to special initiatives. Liaise between internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Development, Facilities, Finance) and external partners. Assist in preparing executive materials, presentations, and reports. Anticipate challenges and contribute proactive solutions to keep projects moving forward. Qualifications
2+ years experience in project coordination, communications, arts management, or related field. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communicator—confident engaging with teams across all levels. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Strong writing, reporting, and presentation preparation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Ready to Join Us?
