We are looking for a Shift Leader! Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel — the bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds flavor and helps hold it together. Responsibilities
As a Shift Leader, you will: Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Empower the team to take charge, set morale and tone, and provide feedback and coaching when needed. Open and close the store with minimal supervision. Help ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. Grow your career by demonstrating leadership; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders or Team Members. High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends Pass background check as required by law ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training Current valid driver’s license (preferred and required at certain locations) and meet driving qualifications Tip eligibility subject to state regulations. Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire. Hourly Rate:
$14.57 - $21.86 per hour Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations. Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position. The physical demands for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These requirements may be accommodated with reasonable accommodations. The duties of this position may change over time.
