About The Role As a Plumbing Project Manager, you will oversee and manage successful execution of mechanical projects. You will lead a dedicated team ensuring projects completed on time, within scope, and to highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success.

Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and regular project updates.

Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and control costs to maximize profitability.

Ensure all project work adheres to industry standards and company quality guidelines.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Monitor project schedules and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Oversee contracts, change orders, and subcontracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Maintain a strong focus on safety, implementing safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety on-site.

Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Utilize email and technology systems for project documentation, communication, and management.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical construction industry.

Experience with email and project management software for effective communication and documentation.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.

PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.

The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.

Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.

Ability to use technology systems for communication and project management.

Frequently remains in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.

Frequently makes substantial repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

Frequently moves and raises materials weighing up to 20 pounds.

Frequently communicates with the public (e.g., potential clients, job candidates, vendors) via phone, email, and in-person, as well as colleagues, on assigned tasks and projects.
