Tuition reimbursement
Base pay will be determined by the applicant’s skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) plan.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.

Responsibilities
Implement the Engagement 3.0 philosophy (Friendships First, Programs Second, and Purpose Partners), including promoting culture with Sales partners and prospects.
Provide expertise to the community leadership team regarding engagement and residents’ quality of life.
Require at least one year of direct experience with adults. Leadership experience and a degree in a related field (therapeutic recreation, gerontology, healthcare, education, or related) are preferred.
