Job Summary: Tracks, reviews, and communicates pending and passed US federal regulations, agency guidelines, or directives to ensure product compliance. Collaborates with development teams to review and approve project requirements and design documents related to regulatory compliance. Responds to client inquiries regarding product compliance and manages discrepancies. General Duties & Responsibilities: Monitors and communicates regulatory changes impacting client products and services. Conducts compliance assessments and addresses deficiencies. Provides compliance reviews for new and expanding products. Participates in compliance training sessions and reports. Coordinates with legal and regulatory agencies to resolve issues. Participates in compliance committees and projects. Develops customer communications related to compliance issues. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or equivalent experience.
