Intertek, a leading provider of quality and safety solutions, is seeking a Project Coordinator for our Environmental team in Houston, Texas. Intertek's Building and Construction division offers services across architecture, engineering, and construction disciplines, providing innovative solutions and risk management services to ensure safety, reliability, and performance of projects and assets. Professional Service Industries, Inc. (Intertek-PSI) provides construction assurance, testing, and inspection services in civil and commercial construction, including materials testing, geotechnical services, environmental engineering, industrial hygiene, and specialty testing. Key Responsibilities
Assist in generating proposals, RFPs, and RFQs for environmental and construction projects Conduct research, perform data entry, and support project teams Schedule technicians and coordinate client communications Create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and templates using Microsoft Office Support billing activities, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and subcontractor payments Perform general administrative duties such as filing, mailing, and travel arrangements Qualifications
Minimum:
High School Diploma/GED, 2+ years in project coordination or support roles, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields; experience with proposal development, environmental services, or technical project workflows; experience coordinating field staff and handling project documentation. Details
