Job Responsibilities
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps leadership to define annual and quarterly booking targets
Support the design of forecasting methodologies and perform sensitivity analysis to evaluate performance assumptions
Develop compensation plans and quota frameworks aligned with company growth objectives
Build and maintain capacity models for the entire Revenue organization, analyzing performance trends to inform hiring and productivity targets
Analyze quota attainment and productivity patterns to provide insights for performance reviews and executive reports
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, BizOps, or FP&A in a B2B SaaS environment
Deep expertise in quota design, capacity modeling, and compensation plan mechanics
Proven ability to conduct complex Excel/Google Sheets modeling and scenario planning
Strong understanding of GTM funnel metrics, sales productivity, and revenue forecasting
Collaborative working style with the ability to influence across various leadership teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Clari
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Strong detail-oriented mindset focused on structure and clarity
