Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for customers. Plan for each shift, monitor performance during the shift, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift and help assigned Departments meet their goals. May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate‑owned and operated restaurant. Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Additional Info
