NorthStar Buick GMC Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Zelienople, Pennsylvania. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with their automotive service needs. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong knowledge of the automotive industry. Auto Experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and listen to their automotive service needs
Consult with customers to determine recommended services and repairs based on vehicle diagnostics
Provide accurate and timely estimates to customers
Schedule service appointments and keep customers informed of their vehicle's status
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality completion of servicesCommunicate with customers throughout the service process and address any concerns or questions
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
Upsell additional services and products as needed
Follow up with customers after services to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in an automotive service advisor role
GM experience preferred but not necessary
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with CDK is a plus
Must be able to work weekends and occasional evenings
Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
