POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a dedicated ASC Deputy Program Manager with a Master’s degree in business, accounting, engineering, or construction management and at least 6 years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience, preferably in a shipbuilding, engineering, or related manufacturing setting. The candidate will provide essential support to the Program Manager to guarantee program execution meets specified goals for the Artic Security Cutter Program.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 6 years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience, preferably in a shipbuilding, engineering, or related manufacturing setting
Master’s degree in business, accounting, engineering, or construction management
SKILLS
Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Proven human relations and management expertise
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the Artic Security Cutter Program Manager in the implementation of program activities, ensuring compliance with objectives across various disciplines (engineering, procurement, accounting, subcontractors, etc.)
Encompasses assisting in overseeing the coordination of project activities and ensuring objectives are met across multiple disciplines, such as engineering, procurement, accounting, and subcontracting
Interfaces with customer and vendor engagement, compliance, logistics, trials and public affairs, in addition to supervising the program management team
Coordinates and schedules project activities among different departments and stakeholders
