Maintain existing procurement systems to ensure the ongoing availability and integrity of required functionality and provide system users with systems support & training to ensure effective and consistent use of procurement systems
Provide assessment, development, planning, designing and implementation services for existing procurement system improvement strategies and support new system capabilities
Drive contracted procurement information systems providers to ensure full benefits are derived from the use of their facilities and opportunities explored with regards to new or unused functionality available
Manage process integration with other process owners within & outside Procurement function
Support the development of a comprehensive data strategy and governance for analytics, data integration, and quality together with Master data, IT department, IT architects, and central functions
Proficiency in data management, data integration, data governance, monitoring and analyzing data flows to identify weaknesses and leverage potential optimizations
Excellent soft skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
Effectively manage relationships with internal & external stakeholders, facilitate meetings/communications and workshops in order to achieve a positive outcome
Support of group, divisional and departmental management in change management to improve the use of digitization and to ensure that users understand and observe process changes
Ensure internal customers are aware of available systems and how to access and use them
Completed Master's degree in SCM, computer science, or comparable qualification
You have 5 years+ experience in project management with a proven track record of successful high-complex improvement/transformation projects in manufacturing industry
Lead various types of projects e.g., strategy implementation, performance improvements, performance management system setup, organizational restructuring, compliance, etc.
Knowledge and experience with Change Management concepts and able to embed this naturally in the projects. Strong focus on the people side of the change
At least 3-5 years of proven experience in digital process consulting with a track record of process optimization and automation
Experience with data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
Excellent knowledge of process consulting methodologies, best practices, and implementation of digital technologies and tools (SAP Supply chain module, Ariba, S4Hana, SRM, SCC, SAC, ETC.)
Knowledge in the area of modern digitalization technologies and current data science methods, especially in the area of machine learning
Business fluent in English & German (Good to have)
