Deployment Strategist , you will own the deployment of our AI Coordinator against our customers’ biggest needs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client executive leadership – identifying pain points, consulting on how to best leverage our solutions, and leading end-to-end deployment across client organizations. Your goal is to ensure each customer achieves measurable value from our AI Coordinator quickly and effectively, guiding them from contract signature through go-live and beyond with confidence and precision. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will design and refine Trovo’s deployment methodology, lead enterprise implementation projects, and serve as a thought partner to clients on future solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will play a critical role in building trust with clients, shaping operational processes, and setting the foundation for long-term partnerships. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this is a high-impact leadership role with competitive target compensation ($180k–$220k+ base, plus equity) and strong benefits. Be a trusted advisor – own senior-executive relationships, uncover root needs, and shape solution strategy to maximize value and inform future deployments End-to-end deployment.

Manage the tactical implementation of our AI Coordinator from kickoff through adoption Product mindset.

Translate real-world workflows into requirements, pressure-test use cases, prioritize for impact, and partner with Product to close the loop from client feedback to the roadmap Complex project management & execution.

Manage multiple complex projects and solve ambiguous problems while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction Technical proficiency.

Oversee technical integrations, EHR connectivity, and workflow adoption in collaboration with client technology, operations, and clinical teams Cross-functional collaboration.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design and implement workflows for our clients Reporting & tracking.

Define and track implementation KPIs such as time to go-live, adoption rates, etc. Minimum Qualifications 4+ years in management consulting, client-facing implementation, or project management leadership, with at least some experience in healthcare Proven success in owning enterprise-level implementations from kickoff through adoption, with measurable client outcomes Exceptional executive communication skills and ability to influence and guide senior client stakeholders Strong project management skills and comfort managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously Experience integrating with EHR systems and/or healthcare IT systems Strong Additional Qualifications Experience building and scaling implementation teams and processes in a high-growth environment Background in healthcare SaaS, digital health, health IT, or clinical care Familiarity with AI-driven healthcare solutions and data interoperability Life at Trovo Direct impact on company and culture Hybrid work environment (HQ in Flatiron, NYC) Competitive Salary and Equity Generous Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Flexible paid time off (unlimited vacation and sick leave) Life Insurance Short & Long-Term Disability Trovo Health is an equal opportunity employer.
