Job Summary: The Sr. Manager, Global Product Information and Performance leads accelerated global Digital Commerce sales and share growth by transforming product information into an integrated, high-performing strategic asset. This role owns the strategy, PIM systems (e.g., Stibo), and analytics to ensure product content is optimized for the digital shelf, retail media campaigns, and brand.com experiences across Colgate and Hill's businesses. As the global Business Owner for product information performance, the Lead partners with Marketing, Sales, and GIT to define the strategic roadmap, address capability gaps, and ensure our technology stack meets retailer and business requirements. Key responsibilities include establishing a data-driven test-and-learn agenda for content, analyzing performance to derive insights, and managing the content syndication process that fuels commercial success. The role also leads the development and sharing of global best practices to build a culture of performance and accountability in managing product data worldwide. Role Mission: Transform Colgate-Palmolive's product information from a simple dataset into a strategic asset that drives measurable commercial performance. This role will own the global Product Information Management (PIM) system (Stibo) and be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the impact of product content on conversion, sales, and marketing effectiveness across the global digital shelf. Main responsibilities: Product Data Governance & Excellence (40%)

Own the global business strategy and operational health of the PIM platform, ensuring it serves as the single source of truth for all product data. Establish and enforce data governance standards and automated workflows to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and integrity of product information. Serve as primary business partner to GIT, steering the PIM technology roadmap to unlock capabilities for performance measurement and content optimization. Lead data quality initiatives, identifying and resolving systemic data issues to build trust and reliability.

Performance Measurement & Optimization (30%)

Define, track, and own KPIs that link product information quality to business outcomes (e.g., content health scores, time-to-market, page conversion rates, Retail Media ROI). Develop and manage performance dashboards and reporting for marketing, sales, and leadership. Establish a test-and-learn agenda for product content; analyze content types to create data-backed best practices. Collaborate on regular audits of the digital shelf to benchmark content against competitors and identify opportunities.

Performance-Driven Content Syndication (20%)

Oversee global syndication strategy to deliver optimized product content to key eRetailers and partners. Collaborate with Retail Media teams, providing product data insights for campaigns. Partner with the Ratings & Reviews program to ensure data consistency and leverage user-generated content insights to enrich product information.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Enablement (10%)

Act as the subject matter expert on how product information drives digital commerce performance. Translate data analysis into clear recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders. Champion a data-driven culture by training regional teams to leverage product information for local goals.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 5–7 years in a data-centric role within Digital Commerce or CPG Analytical mindset with ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations Technical Skills:

Essential: Hands-on experience with PIM systems (Stibo/Salsify strongly preferred) and knowledge of digital platform integrations and content syndication Desirable: Experience with Digital Shelf Analytics platforms (e.g., Profitero, CommerceIQ, Salsify, Pacvue) Nice-to-have: Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau or DOMO)

Preferred Qualifications: Results-oriented with a track record of linking projects to business outcomes Collaborative leader with strong communication and ability to drive projects in a global, matrixed organization Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 USD. Pay determined by experience, qualifications, and location. Eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for executive-level roles.
