We are looking for a motivated and experienced
Production Supervisor
to lead our 2nd shift Top Load Washer production team in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong focus on
safety, team development, and continuous improvement . As a first-line leader, you will coach and mentor your team to achieve production goals, ensure quality standards, and maintain a culture of engagement and accountability. This position is based in
Ripon, WI,
and operates on
2nd shift, Monday through Thursday from 3:00 pm to 1:00 am , with occasional Friday overtime from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Responsibilities
Lead
safety initiatives
and promote a culture of awareness and compliance Coach, mentor, and develop production team members to improve skills and productivity Drive
continuous improvement
and lean manufacturing practices, including process optimization and waste reduction Support team members in meeting production goals while maintaining
quality and safety standards Ensure proper training in equipment operation, safety, quality, and 5S practices Collaborate with technical staff for equipment support and process troubleshooting Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations and coordinate with Union Stewards as needed Establish annual goals and metrics for production and safety performance Monitor and maintain production schedules, rates, and standards Promote a respectful, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree
in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations 1-3 years of experience in
high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing
environments with a focus on safety Previous
manufacturing supervision
experience Strong leadership skills with a
servant leadership mindset Proficient in
Microsoft Office
(Outlook, Word, Excel) Knowledge of
Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Kanban, and process control
is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to coach team members in proactive solutions Physical Requirements
Ability to stoop, bend, and stand for long periods Manual dexterity and the ability to lift up to
