Position: Xeras Budgeting Engineering/Planner at Turquoise Ridge operations. The successful candidate will have experience in using SAP, Xeras (or similar zero-based budgeting tool). Responsibilities
Develop and utilize Standard Job Plans (SJPs) for routine maintenance activities per corporate standards Continually review, seek feedback and optimize resources, parts, tooling, task lists, safety information, risk assessment and staging approach related to SJPs Ensure proper job packets and schedules are maintained and distributed Run and report on maintenance KPIs Assist other planners in closing and scanning work orders Communicate with operations and maintenance personnel Write purchase requisitions for unavailable material Track progress of ordered material and schedule work once parts arrive Assist supervision with job priority and availability, including changes in the preventative maintenance schedule necessitated by production/maintenance requirements Train in advanced planning procedures to fill in for planners while away Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
Five years of maintenance planning experience in an underground mining environment preferred Experience with SAP, Xeras (or similar zero-based budgeting tool) required Proven safe work record Ability to work in a team-based maintenance organization Ability to perform the essential functions of this position Excellent safety and attendance record What We Can Offer You
