Do you enjoy working outdoors in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same? Want to work in the aviation services industry with private jets? If customer service is your #1, Million Air services private aircraft and military and commercial aircraft are looking for a Line Service Professional to deliver elite customer experiences on the ground. Responsibilities
Greet passengers and crewmembers upon arrival Coordinate fueling, lavatory, ground power, potable water, and catering services for general aviation aircraft Marshal, tow and position aircraft on the ramp and in hangars Perform fuel movement quality control, disposal and paperwork Maintain daily check and upkeep of crew cars and vehicles Maintain safe, clean and secure ramps and operations Drive a shuttle vehicle with passengers as needed Attend monthly crew meetings and annual re‑current training Qualifications
Customer‑focused, outgoing and extroverted personality Excellent communication skills—person, phone, radio Must operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by company insurance (clean driving record required) Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Basic mathematical knowledge Bi‑lingual a plus, not required Physical Demands
Must be able to lift 75 pounds Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes and machinery Outside work in all types of weather conditions Position may require bending, lifting, walking, stooping, squatting, gripping and climbing a ladder Work Environment
Position works outside in all types of weather conditions and in direct contact with moving and non‑moving aircraft. May be exposed to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes and machinery. Position Type & Hours
Non‑exempt position Shift work requires working evenings, weekends and on scheduled company holidays Travel
No travel expected. Education, Experience & Eligibility
Customer service experience in the service industry preferred Prior aircraft ground equipment handling experience required (6 months minimum) High School Diploma Entry‑level position Acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check Zero‑tolerance drug‑free employer includes pre‑employment and random screening AAP/EEO Statement
