You will work directly with adults facing mental health challenges in a group home setting to support their daily needs, foster independence, and empower them to live their best lives. Whether it\'s assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, or helping them achieve their personal goals, as a DSP, you will be an essential part of the support we provide. We provide full training for all new DSPs, ensuring you have the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in this position. Our Adult Program serves individuals 20-50 with developmental disabilities, and cognitive, emotional, medical, and managed psychiatric challenges. Our program design is based on our philosophy of valuing each client and resident\'s right to independence, satisfying work, family ties, and social/community connections. Requirements High School Diploma and 1-year experience are required. A Bachelor\'s degree in Human Services or a related field and 1-year of experience is preferred. Shifts 18.5 hrs. wk. Wed 1-2:30p, Thurs 3-8p, Fri 3-8p, Sat 10-5p 40 hrs. wk. Wed, Thurs, Sat 10p-8a 30 hrs. wk. Thurs, Fri, Sat 10:15p-8:15a 18 hrs. wk. Thurs 4p-9p, Fri 4p-9p, Sat 12p-8p 17 hrs. wk. Fri 5p-10p, Sat 5p-10p, Sun 3p-10p 17 hrs. wk. Sun 8a-2p, Mon 3:30p-8p, Tue 3:30p-8p, Wed 1p-2:30p 12 hrs. wk.
