What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Manage survey research projects within timeline and budget, coordinating operational aspects with Operations groups.
Design questionnaires and plan analyses.
Perform quality checks at various stages to ensure accuracy and avoid errors.
Manage overall project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and signed off.
Analyze and interpret survey results; prepare reports and presentations.
Develop an understanding of clients’ business issues and the industries in which they operate.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, psychology, sociology, statistics, or similar analytical or liberal arts programs.
Experience working with survey applications such as Qualtrics or Google Consumer Surveys.
Background with quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint), including macro use.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Experience with questionnaire design, sampling approaches, and tabulation planning.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Passion for data, consumer decision-making, and creating compelling visual and written presentations.
Salary range: $59,000 to $66,500. Final base salary determined by location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or certifications.
