Pay Range:

$25$30/hour

Salary options are available for all RBT staff with an active RBT certification.

In-Home & In-School (We come to the kiddos!)

Based on the case (ranging anywhere from 15 to 40 hours a week)

What Youll Be Doing

Providing high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children (in homes and schools)

Following treatment plans created by our BCBAs

Tracking progress with easy-to-use systems (training provided)

Collaborating with families and teammates to help children thrive

Bringing energy, compassion, and consistency to every session

What You Bring

RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it

well help you through the process)

A passion for working with children

A team-first, positive attitude

Reliable transportation

Willingness to learn, grow, and bring your heart to the work

Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
