What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients via multiple communication channels.
• Mentor junior staff and provide escalated support to resolve complex customer issues.
• Establish effective communication pathways to handle customer inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare shipping documents and manage invoicing and collections related to waste disposal.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needs.

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 4-7 years of progressively responsible experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in waste disposal or a related field.
• Commitment to customer service with strong active listening skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Laws and Regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and PDF writer.
• Ability to read and interpret complex documentation and governmental regulations.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in waste management or environmental services.
• Knowledge of accounting processes and data analysis.
• Ability to identify trends and data patterns in customer interactions.
• Familiarity with hazardous waste shipping protocols and regulations.
• Previous mentoring or training experience.
