safety, reliability, and outstanding customer service . The Dispatcher is responsible for overseeing all routes and scheduling of buses, ensuring on-time performance, and providing day-to-day support to drivers and monitors.

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour , based on experience and CDL possession (or willingness to train) Split shift:
5:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. (40 hours per week)

Dispatcher Responsibilities:
Oversee all bus routes and schedules to ensure on-time performance and operational efficiency Dispatch and communicate with drivers, monitors, and operations staff daily
Counsel and coach drivers and monitors on front-line performance and customer service expectations
Handle heavy phone and radio traffic in a professional and timely manner
Serve as the primary communication liaison between the operation and our contracted customers
Take all scheduling and driver concerns and report them to the Operations Supervisor or Contract Manager
Provide proactive solutions to route, drop-off, and pick-up challenges
May handle
charter reservations, billing, or driver payroll
as assigned
Assist with
special projects
and provide back-up coverage for operational needs
Support and assist with
supervision of daily transportation operations
Dispatcher Experience and Skills Required:
3-5 years
of experience in dispatching, transportation, or related operations High school diploma or equivalent
required
Basic knowledge of
radio dispatch equipment
and communication systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to deliver results under
time constraints and deadlines
Prior experience in
terminal operations, scheduling, or driver management
preferred
Computer literacy
(Microsoft Office, scheduling systems) required
Subject to
DOT drug testing and physical DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
