Job Details: Unleash your potential with us as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Manufacturing industry. We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who is ready to take their career to the next level. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in strategic decision-making processes, financial planning, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for planning, conducting, and managing financial analyses and projects that drive our business forward. Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and distribute monthly financial reports to key stakeholders. Conduct month-end and year-end analyses to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings. Conduct thorough accounting analyses to support financial decisions. Lead and participate in audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and processes are followed. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations. Participate in software implementations and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems. Provide technical accounting support and guidance to other team members. Develop and implement financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and enhance efficiency. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the senior management level. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related role. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings. Proven experience in conducting accounting analysis and audits. Familiarity with month-end and year-end analysis. Experience with SOX compliance. Experience with software implementations and technical accounting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with financial software systems. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
