Manufacturing Supervisor - Solon, Ohio - JOB 25-01662
Pay Range: $32.00 - $35.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits
Solon, Ohio company is seeking to hire an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor with 3+ years' experience in an industrial manufacturing supervisory / management roll with electrical and mechanical machinery understanding.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher-level education Higher National Certificate (HNC) in either Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering desired with solid knowledge of mechanical machinery and their electrical controls is desired 3+ years' experience in an industrial manufacturing supervisory / management roll Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to plan and oversee daily / weekly production, mentor production personnel and report progress and pitfalls to Manufacturing Manager Oversee Health and Safety team compliance including use of PPE (personal protective equipment) Open to occasional travel to supervise machinery installation sites
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
