Soliant Health is seeking passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full‑time school‑based positions. We are currently hiring for the current and upcoming school year and welcome new graduates (Clinical Fellows) to apply. You will be supported every step of the way with a dedicated mentor and comprehensive onboarding.
Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students with speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders.
Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other service providers.
Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and district policies.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Active state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) applicants accepted.
School‑based experience preferred, but not required.
