The Project Manager will partner with internal teams to implement the Beacon platform for clients and serve as the central point of contact for the client and Beacon teams including Client Engineers and Delivery. This role will build strong product knowledge, manage a positive relationship with our clients, understand and apply project methodologies and risk management processes, and act as a point person for client-facing communication.

What You’ll Do:

Determine project scope and objectives to ensure teams are able to deliver against commitments

Identify resources to deliver projects and forecast and resolve capacity utilization problems

Create and manage project plans, course correct and escalating where necessary

Publish high quality project transparency to senior stakeholders on a regular basis

Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project lifecycle

Engage senior client and internal stakeholders to review project progress and task-level status

Liaise with the internal teams to support problem resolution activities

Identify opportunities for project management process improvements

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree required - computer science, finance, economics, or a related field preferred

5+ years of project management/implementation and/or related experience at an investment management firm or vendor

Strong familiarity with project management software tools

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Methodical problem solving abilities

Strong interpersonal skills

2+ years of Fintech onboarding and / or software implementation experience preferred

A client-service mentality and collaborative work style

Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver with high quality

Job Summary The Program Manager is responsible for identifying and finalizes proj ect/implementation scope. Develops detailed implementation plans including internal, client and third-party resourcing. Manages and coordinates with internal, client and third-party resources to ensure a successful, on-time quality implementation per plan. Generates weekly status reports, holds weekly status meetings with client and project team. Schedules and leads steering committee meetings with C-level client decision makers and Clearwater senior management. Serves as a trusted relationship manager responsible for ensuring timel y , acc urate , and thorough responses to all inquiries and a successful transition to the steady-state servicing team. Manages and reports on budget for implementations. Possess the ability to seek out, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements within the project timeline (and future projects). Leads the transition from Sales team to Global Delivery team pre-project kick-off and from Global Delivery to Client Services upon implementation.

Responsibilities

Seek out, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements.

Serves as a trusted relationship manager responsible for ensuring timely , accurate , and thorough responses to all client inquiries and a successful transition to the steady-state servicing team.

Be the bridge between various business stakeholders including Client Servicing team, Sales team, and Development team.

Ability to run multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight.

Required Skills

Expert Technical skills in JIRA, Excel, Clarizen and Salesforce. Explores, trials, and provides trusted recommendations for the use of other tools and technologies as use cases arise.

Financial Services Experience (Investment, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, etc).

Project manage in a matrix reporting environment.

Investment accounting and reporting knowledge.

Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and delivery model.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s and/or master's in finance or accounting.

7+ years of relevant project management and implementation experience working with external clients.

Proven experience implementing software solutions within Asset Management, Market Data and/or Insurance space.

Consulting experience.

Securities or financial markets experience.

Experience of managing a team essential (7-15 people).

Salary Range $102,000.00 - $144,000.00 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
