About the Role We’re looking for a

Customer Success Manager (CSM)

to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring our clients’ success with Bonsai’s measurement and optimization solutions.

As a CSM, you’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with data engineers, onboarding specialists, and product teams to ensure seamless execution — from onboarding through optimization and renewal.

This role is ideal for someone who loves client strategy, thrives in a fast‑paced, product‑led environment, and enjoys blending analytics, marketing strategy, and relationship management.

What You'll Do

Own the post‑sale relationship for assigned clients — ensuring onboarding success, platform adoption, and long‑term value realization.

Partner with clients to define success metrics and track progress against marketing and business objectives.

Lead strategic business reviews, providing insights and recommendations based on Bonsai’s measurement and modeling outputs.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to advocate for client needs and shape roadmap priorities.

Identify opportunities to expand client adoption of Bonsai solutions (e.g., Multi‑Touch Attribution, Incrementality Modeling, Algorithmic Optimization).

Proactively manage renewals and help drive retention and growth across your portfolio.

Troubleshoot client challenges by coordinating with technical teams to resolve data, reporting, or integration issues quickly.

Serve as a trusted advisor — helping clients build data‑driven marketing strategies powered by Bonsai insights.

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, up to $150 K/year.
