Solution Architect – Robotic Process Automation (RPA) & Agentic AI Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and visionary Solution Architect specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Agentic AI, with a concentrated focus on the Healthcare Provider domain. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of the provider space to architect scalable, intelligent automation solutions that address complex clinical, operational, and administrative challenges in healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end RPA and Agentic AI solutions tailored for healthcare providers.

Lead solutioning efforts, define architectures, and create technical roadmaps for automation initiatives with a strong understanding of EHR workflows, claims processing, revenue cycle management, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders including clinicians, administrators, business analysts, and developers to capture requirements and identify automation opportunities.

Evaluate and implement RPA/agentic AI tools and platforms (such as UiPath, AgentForce, Automation Anywhere), ensuring integration with third-party and legacy healthcare systems.

Conduct assessments of existing provider processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend automation strategies for measurable impact on efficiency, compliance, and patient outcomes.

Translate complex business problems into scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant technical solutions.

Prepare and deliver solution presentations, architecture documents, and proof-of-concept demonstration to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Stay current with healthcare industry trends, RPA/AI advancements, and relevant regulatory changes (e.g., HIPAA, Joint Commission).

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

8+ years of experience in solution and technical architecture, with at least 3 years focused on RPA and intelligent automation.

Proven expertise designing and deploying automation solutions using RPA tools (UiPath, AgentForce, Automation Anywhere, etc.), ideally in healthcare environments.

Deep domain knowledge of provider-side healthcare operations, including clinical workflows, billing, scheduling, compliance, and quality measures.

Demonstrated experience working with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and integrating with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.).

Knowledge of Cloud Platforms like GCP, Azure, AWS will be a plus.

Strong business analysis skills — able to translate healthcare operational needs into technology solutions.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable interfacing with clinicians, IT teams, and senior leadership.

Experience ensuring solution compliance with healthcare data privacy and security requirements.

Track record of leading cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of complex automation or AI projects.

Certifications in RPA, cloud platforms, or solution architecture are a plus.

Preferred

Experience with AI-driven "Provider Automation tools, chatbots, and intelligent document processing in healthcare."

Familiarity with process mining and continuous improvement methods.

Prior experience in consulting roles within the healthcare provider domain.
