Summary
We are hiring an Executive Director – RN with Home Health experience to lead operations in Dallas.
Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year plus short‑term incentive bonus.

Responsibilities
Serve as Administrator of the home health provider and manage day‑to‑day operations.
Coordinate projects to support company objectives.
Oversee patient eligibility, planning, and service provision.
Implement and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Enhance agency profitability and foster staff motivation and retention while ensuring quality of service.
Education and Experience
License Requirements
Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or a related field.
Current CPR certification required.
Valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance, or reliable public transportation.
Additional State Specific Requirements (TX)
No felony or misdemeanor convictions listed in Tag 97.601(b).
If the supervising nurse status is required, must meet Texas Administrative Code qualifications.
8 clock hours of education in agency administration within the past 12 months.
