The Impact you will have in this role Support one of DTCC's flagship enterprise programs. Work closely with Senior Management on project management, financial planning, program reporting and facilitate rapid expansion of the MRD Technology Team.
Your Primary Responsibilities
Program Management – responsible for reporting program status to multiple partner groups. Identify risks and issues and ensure they are escalated appropriately to Senior Management. Establish common standards across MRD initiatives to ensure consistency.
Financial Management – establish best practice for financial management for all initiatives within the MRD program. Ensure resources are accurately allocated and the team is operating within its annual budget. Promptly elevate any issues and risks to Senior Management.
Program Reporting – ensure consistent reporting of project status, risks, and issues to various customer groups within DTCC.
Build and execute a hiring workflow to facilitate rapid expansion while maintaining high quality of recruitment. Minimize the impact of hiring on Technology leads. Provide daily metrics to demonstrate hiring success.
Support MRD Technology Senior Management

Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical/computer discipline or related experience required
Talents Needed for Success
Program or project management experience
Exposure to financial management principles required to handle a significant technology initiative
Initiative‑taking, able to work independently or in a team environment
Comfortable interacting with Senior Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with program management, including managing program and project financials, ability to design and operate complex workflows, manage reporting to multiple counterparties including EPMO, IT Senior Management and business partners
Ability to operate efficiently in a fast changing environment
Reduce the administrative workload of Technology Management by establishing efficient and repeatable processes
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
