I Facilities Deputy Stakeholder Task & Integration Manager (STIM)
Location: Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO or Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL.

Travel Required: Up to 10% of the time.
Responsibilities
Ensure and report overall performance, cost, schedule, and mission success for both task orders.
Act as the point of contact for interfacing with MDA and other IRES TO stakeholders and customers throughout the life cycle of both facilities task orders, providing on‑ground communications and coordination, advocating for TO priorities, and performing integrated scheduling and de‑confliction at the TO level.
Coordinate, communicate, and integrate among the other IRES STIMs, Department Directors, and functional leads to ensure success for the task orders and the program.
Partner between other STIMs and Department Directors to provide agility in workforce utilization, training, and tools to meet stakeholder needs across IRES task orders.
Qualifications Basic Requirements:
At least 10 years of general full‑time work experience.
At least 5 years of directly related experience.
At least 1 year of experience working in a management or leadership role.
Experience managing projects of varying size and complexity.
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management, budgeting, and financial management.
Ability to work independently to accomplish objectives with superior attention to detail.
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Desired Requirements:
Experience working within the Missile Defense Agency or other DOD departments/agencies.
Experience managing one or more task orders.
Background in facilities maintenance/engineering.
Experience managing facility modification projects.
Compensation $155,000 - $180,000 annually.
