Data Analyst - CRM ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a Data Analyst who is responsible for generating actionable insights from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM data to support sales performance, strategic decision-making, and pipeline management. This role helps shape how leadership uses data to identify growth opportunities, monitor performance, and improve forecasting accuracy.
How You Will Help
Create dashboards and reports to support sales, marketing, and leadership visibility
Analyze CRM data to track pipeline health, user behavior, and engagement trends
Identify data inconsistencies and support governance initiatives to maintain data integrity
Work with the CRM Manager to define KPIs and success metrics
Support forecasting, project pursuit tracking, and quote-to-close analysis
Contribute to CRM roadmap development with insights on usage and performance
What You Will Bring
35 years of experience in data analysis, CRM reporting, or business intelligence
Proficiency in PowerBI, Excel (Power Query, PivotTables), and SQL for data manipulation and visualization.
Experience with
DAX , Power Automate, or Azure Data Service
Strong understanding of sales funnels, KPIs, and CRM data models
Ability to communicate insights clearly and drive adoption of reporting tools
Compensation The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD annually*.
