Salary Base Salary: $84,000 - $111,000 per year (commensurate with experience). Sign‑on bonuses available.
Job Location 2 Riverview Drive, Danbury, CT (Fairfield County; outpatient clinic)
Job Type Full‑time (Mon‑Fri; 40 hours per week). Availability for Mon and Wed evening shifts is required; other scheduling options are flexible and will be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities
Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications
Physical therapist licensure in good standing in Connecticut.
CPR and first aid certification required.
Preferred: 1+ years of experience as a licensed physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
Open to new graduates with extensive orthopedic outpatient experience gained during clinical fieldwork.
Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment.
